NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON THE FESTIVAL PREMISES.
No solicitation or flyer/free sample distribution allowed from outside groups.

Parking fee: to be determined

The Pacific Islanders of the San Francisco Bay Area offer their talents in music and dance during this FREE ADMISSION, two-day festival of arts held during the first full weekend of every August. Entertainment highlights include Pacific Islander music as well as Polynesian dance. The festival will also feature arts & crafts vendors, island cuisine, educational exhibits and workshops, and an `Ohana Korner with simple games for the kids!

Entertainers:  please email us at info@pica-org.org if you're a Pacific Islander act and interested in donating your time and talent for Aloha Festival 2008.

Previous vendors (who participated at Aloha Festival 2007): we are targeting the end of April 2008 to send out application info.  If your contact info has changed since last year, please email us at info@pica-org.org with your updated information.

All other vendors:  please fill out a waiting list form for an Arts & Crafts (which includes prepackaged snacks) or a Food booth.  New vendors must use these forms to get onto the waiting list.

Education Tent/Demo Area participants:  please email us at info@pica-org.org.

Volunteers:  If you're interested in being placed on the volunteer list, please email us at info@pica-org.org.  Approximate morning and afternoon shifts for Festival week will be announced later.
