The Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association (PICA) will once again be holding its annual Aloha Festival!  We are moving to the San Mateo County Event Center in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area.  We are still getting organized, so please continue to check this website for additional information in the coming weeks.
