ARTS & CRAFTS VENDORS
San Francisco Aloha Festival 2008

This form is to be used only by arts & crafts vendors (including those with only prepackaged snacks) who wish to be placed on the Aloha Festival waiting list. Food booth vendors need to use this form instead.

To Aloha Festival 2007 vendors: do not use this form. We will contact you by email with more information in early Spring 2008. However, you should send us email at info@pica-org.org if your contact information has recently changed so we can still reach you.

To potential arts & crafts vendors: please completely fill out the form below to be placed on the waiting list for Aloha Festival 2008. Items for sale must be Pacific Islander in nature. We probably will not know if any booths are available until early June 2008. Unfortunately, the availability number is usually much less than the length of the waiting list. Please continue to check www.pica-org.org for Aloha Festival updates.

1) Beverage items are _not_ allowed for sale, nor are weapons or items resembling weapons. 2) Arts & Crafts vendors do not need an exhaustive list, but must include enough details so we understand what category of product you sell. 3) Arts & Crafts items must be Pacific Islander in nature. 4) The Aloha Festival Vendor Committee has final say on all vendor matters.

It is very helpful for the vendor selection process if you post photographs of your items on your website. If you do not have a website, you can email us small, select photos illustrating your items.
