Waiting List Request Form for
FOOD VENDORS
San Francisco Bay Area Aloha Festival
2013

This form is to be used only by food booth vendors who wish to be placed on the Aloha Festival waiting list.  Arts & Crafts vendors (including those with prepackaged food items) need to use this form instead.

To Aloha Festival 2012 vendors: do not use this form. We will contact you by email with more information in early Spring 2013. However, you should send us email at vendors@pica-org.org if your contact information has recently changed so we can still reach you.

To potential food vendors: please completely fill out the form below to be placed on the waiting list for Aloha Festival 2013. We probably will not know if any booths are available until mid-June 2013. Please continue to check BayAreaAlohaFestival.org for Aloha Festival updates.  Note that beverages are not allowed for sale (see below).

Items for Sale
1) Beverage items are _not_ allowed for sale from any booths.  PICA has exclusive rights on beverage sales to pay for festival expenses.  This helps keep the event free of admission fees, which benefits you by attracting more people.
2) Food booth vendors must list ALL items for sale.  To reduce food duplication among vendors, we will let you know which items are approved for sale.
3) The Aloha Festival Vendor Committee has final say on all vendor matters.
