PICA Educational Scholarships
The Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association is making available a
limited number of $1000
educational scholarships for qualified Pacific Islander students who are either
starting or continuing college or professional/trade school studies in the
2013-2014 academic year. Students must have a home residence in
an eligible California county. Please download the application below
to view the complete eligibility requirements and details on how to apply. This year's postmark deadline is June
29, 2013.
